Vincent’s Atlas (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website to present our portfolio and offer booking functionality. We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it transparently in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG).

3. Data Processing Activities
3.1 Booking via Cal.com
- What: Name, email address, chosen meeting time, optional notes.
- Why: To schedule and conduct meetings with you.
- Legal Basis: Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For optional notes, consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Who: Cal.com, Inc. (see their Privacy Policy for details on data processing and sub-processors).
- Where: Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Please refer to Cal.com's Privacy Policy for current information on data locations and safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Retention: According to Cal.com's retention policy. We do not maintain a separate database of your booking data.
3.2 Cookies & Local Storage

- Purpose: Remembers your language preference (English or German).
- Type: Functional / preference cookie.
- Legal Basis: Either (a) strictly necessary if you actively select a language, or (b) consent under §25 TTDSG if set automatically. This will be reflected in our cookie banner.
- Duration: Session or persistent (depending on browser).
- No advertising or analytics cookies are set. See our Cookie Policy.
3.3 Hofladen Questionnaire & Interest Signup
- What: If you use the Hofladen questionnaire or the simple "stay in the loop" form, we may process the information you submit there, such as your email address, name, business context, questionnaire answers, and any optional contact details you provide.
- Why: To understand real workflows around farm shops and direct sales, improve the Hofladen prototype, respond to follow-up questions, and share project updates if you explicitly request that.
- Legal Basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Where: Stored on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany).
- Retention: We keep this data until it is no longer needed for the project or until you ask us to delete it.
3.4 Server Logs
- What: IP address, browser type, referrer, time, requested resources, status codes.
- Why: Ensure security, detect abuse, debug errors.
- Legal Basis: Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Where: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany).
- Retention: 30 days.
3.5 Data Not Collected
We do not use: advertising trackers, social media pixels, analytics, payment processing, or user accounts. We also do not run general promotional newsletter marketing; Hofladen follow-up emails or project updates are only sent to people who explicitly request contact.
4. International Data Transfers
Where services transfer data outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place. For Cal.com bookings, please refer to Cal.com's Privacy Policy for details on international transfers and safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Data Retention
- Bookings: As per Cal.com's retention policy (see Cal.com Privacy Policy).
- Hofladen questionnaire / interest data: Until no longer needed for the Hofladen project or until you request deletion.
- Server Logs: 30 days.
- Cookies: Until deleted or expired.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have:

7. Provision of Data
- Required: Booking data (name, email, time) if you want to schedule a meeting.
- Required: Your email address and consent if you want to use the Hofladen interest signup.
- Optional: Questionnaire answers, contact details beyond your email, notes, and language preference.
8. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
